The woman I spoke with was very friendly. She made my appointment and the inspector came out. Completed the inspection and within hours the report was sent to me and my insurance agency. They accommodated to an early inspection (pre-traditional business hours) at a short notice and arrived promptly - all while keeping their standard and fair rate. The inspection was very thorough and the two of them were diligently working for the full time of the inspection (though attentive to questions asked). As promised, the report was delivered the same day and was very comprehensive. I would highly recommend.
